SubhanAllah Shaykh that is soo true!...this sounds like 10 EIDs bundled together!.....JazakAllahu khair ya Shaykh!..for those of us who thought they could only progress while they were physical present at a seminar..you just showed that it doesn't have to b that way. Some of us need a gentler process to confront ourselves and this is the ideal setting: gentle and a lot safer...alhamdulilah....(hope I made some sense!)

But no, it's not connected to it.

However, if there are actions in the book that you really love, you can make those actions the actions that you do during "Bring It!"

You may have heard of the "fight or flight" response.
When faced with a challenge, the human chooses one or the other.

Either they will run away, or they decide to stand their ground and face the challenge head on.

So when someone threatens you, at least in our lingo, the person who stands their ground and decides to fight says on their lips, "Bring it!"


So now with your decisions in life, you may have run away many times instead of facing the work that needs to get done.

During this 10-day bootcamp, you will be saying, day after day: "BRING IT!"
