Account removed at AlMaghrib Forums!

Many 1st time students who attended LOG in Boston are being denied access to the forums. Can someone explain the problem?

This is the email they are getting:

From: AlMaghrib Forums Forums <forums@almaghrib.org>
To: xyz@muslim.com (email address changed by me to with held identity)

Re: Account removed at AlMaghrib Forums!

it happened to me too. it actually took a few months to get approved (after being deleted twice). maybe if you have them register again and list their user names here the admin will fix it?

We receive thousands of username requests per week, more than 95% of them are spam. Occasionally, a genuine username may accidentally be deleted as not all usernames are easily distinguishable from spam. The forums software automatically generates the email those students received whenever an account is declined.

If a genuine username is deleted, simply email forums@almaghrib.org, inform us of the error and the username in question, and re-register.
