The most valuable things in life, Allah gives them to us for free: ability to see, breathing, life itself, guidance (we didn't have to pay for Qur'an!)

Today we have to pay $6,000 for Hajj (low ball figure), but it's actually a gift from Allah, and it's free.

Re: Touched by an Angel - Qur'an Gems

Allah is the real teacher, He is the possessor of ALL knowledge. We think we have knowledge, but in comparison to what Allah knows, we have very little knowledge.

That's why very smart people will say: The more I know, the more I know I don't know anything.

Human beings tend to transgress when there is wealth involved.

If you really want to be near to Allah, make sujood.

The nearness of Allah is not a physical distance, but a state of being

Re: Touched by an Angel - Qur'an Gems

You want Allah to love you?

It's clear how to do it.

-Perform fard acts

-Perform extra acts (extra prayers, fasts, and other 'ibadaat)

Know Allah > Love Allah > Submit to Allah > InshAllah, Allah will love you

Re: Touched by an Angel - Qur'an Gems

While it is true that RasulAllah (saw) performed some prayers on his camel, DO NOT try to pray while driving!

The last thing you want is for the story on the news of a car crash caused by a Muslim trying to pray.
