They sounds amazing. But where will they be held in Manchester and Bradford? And what times? Because I don't live very close and have to bus/train it.

People are defined by their actions. How do you want to be defined?

Unfortunately many of us have become people of 'words' and not people of 'action'. The hardest steps seems to be putting words into action, but it really is an easy step - the real battle is in the mind. The workshops will define how to win this battle in the mind.
