It is with great pleasure that I get to introduce Banu Thalj's AlMaghrib-Winnipeg new Ameer: Osaed Khan.

I was scoping the city, looking for potential candidates, calling on advice from people in the know ... and in the end my eyes and heart fell on brother Osaed.
