Under sihr for more than 6 yrs, need help

Assalamu alaykum,
I have been under sihr for more than 6 yrs now. 6 yrs ago jinn flew into my thru my mouth and started cursing GOD and it kept growing ( I was attached to music and had a girlfriend)
I have constant pain in my stomach, in my mind is blocked, then jinn is in my brain and in my stomach, pain in the neck, a lot burping, the worst thing is it get s larger and stronger if I overhear any music( for ex., smbdy's cell phone)
I have been baqarah everyday for smthlike 20 days, reciting ruqya on myself basically not going out at all. Stil in between I overheard some cell phone ringings in juma prayers and situation got bad. I am in USA and would travel to any state if there is somebody who would help me. At least, I need an advice from somebody who is very experienced about what exact amals to do in order to break this magic. If I listen to quran attentively the jinn trembles. You can literally feel it. Jazakamullahu khairan.

fatiha, 10 from baqarah,
18-19 ali imran, 54-56 ARAF, 117-122 araf, 10:81-82, 69 taha, 115-118:23
10 from saffat, 29-32: ahqaf, from rahman, hashr, jinn, last 3 surahs

umm...aaron joseph i did ask my mom abut this she sadi to recite sura baqarah and ask for help help when u recite like the intention
