Innitiative questions for muslim youth

I'm sorry I didn't know where to post this, but I did want both Sh. Waleed and Sh. Yasir's opinion:

I was hoping I could get a bit of a detailed answer from you, if this is possible.

My questions are:

What are the top 5 most detrimental qualities/aspects that young muslim students are lacking or are in dire need of?

What are the top 5 detrimental qualities/aspects that young musim students should be rid of?

These questions are research for creating an effective leadership institute for muslim students ages 10-14, please provide us answers which will help in developing accurate seminars. The goal of these seminars is to build stronger and more capable muslim students.

Jazakum Allahu khayr,

Fatima
