Alhamdullilah, on May 22, 2011, our dear sister, Khadija Boughroum signed her marriage contract with Br. Mohamed Obeidallah at exactly 6:30 pm.

Khadija was the former Ameerah of Qabeelat Durbah.

Please join me in congratulating them and making sincere and immense duaa for the two:

But this one has just begun

Subhan Allah, you're day has come

Where I see you as a bride, so beautiful

My love and sincerity is mutual

Not only your secrets are buried deep in my heart

Our memories, friendship and bonds..... me and them shall never part

Too much wasted time spent apart

In this dunia lets take advantage of the time we have left

And for the akhira, lets make duaa for a friendship well kept

Ameen thumma Ameen, may Allah the Almighty gather us under his shade

for the love we have for his sake

And so I make the same promise to you

as you made it for me one day...

I want you to hear my call:

Love fillah is the purest thing I have to offer

Under his shade inshaALlah we would not have to suffer

My promise to you is to protect you from haram

And to that my dear, I shall forever hold on.

Be mindful of your lord wherever you are

He is always near, do not look too far

May Allah bless your union and protect you from harm

Always be mindful and always be strong

A friendship lost, and a friendship won

Truly yours, is like none.
