Islamic lectures every Saturday at Ottawa University

Assalaam Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,

For those who don't know, I felt obliged to inform you that there are islamic lectures every Saturday from 12 to 3 pm at Ottawa University in room number 221 at Lamoureux buidling. Excuse me if I didnt spell the "french" name correctly

I'm not a francophone, but I am bilingual!

If there are any other lectures that you know about, would you please let me know.

Ramadan Mubarak everyone!! I am so grateful to Allah SWT for bringing AlMaghrib Institute to Canada! Finally for all of us who have put off gaining Islamic knowledge(myself included

) don't miss out..See u in classes inshallah

Salaam,

Its to the best of my knowledge that Dar AlSunna are arranging the lectures. I wanted to attend last Saturday but Subhan Allah could not. Previously the lectures were held by 3 shuyookh, and I believe they are all graduates from Islamic Universities in KSA. So Mashallah, time is well spent listening to them.

After Ramadan, the lectures will be on Fridays from 6 to 10 pm, Inshallah.

Inshallah you will be able to attend.

assalamu alaikum warahmatu Allah
the course is now held friday nights from 6 to 10 pm....it only takes that long because of the many breaks that we have

its held in Monpetit Room 207
and u can get some more info at:

really and truely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never knew that the 'belief in angels' had 25 or more points to it, to understand, purely from Quran and Sunnah until i attended the last week's lecture
